Another card

I made this card for Just My Sketches -a song and a challenge and enjoyed making it thoroughly. I punched out a strip of tile punch cut out and used it as a stencil for making the background. I used zinc oxide powder brown colour with sponge to stamp the backing. The flowers are made with small daisy punch. and the lyrics are used as sentiments also punched out from the alphabet punches. , The inside of the card has the complete words.

Sir Stampalot Challenge for May- Butterflies and blossoms holds good for the above card. They are offering fabulous prizes.

my first easel card

This is my first easel card. so I hope I,ve made it right. This goes for Charisma Cardz #20-3D as one can link upto 3 entries and Crafty Creations-#68-celebrations and A spoon Full of sugar #105-celebrations. The red embossed paper is fron Rachana,s Craft lounge(cuttlebug) and so are the scalloped shapes.

Hi, Everyone, I,m back after a great holiday to Gangtok and Darjeeling. Both the places are really beautiful esp. darj. The scene of fog drifting amidst pine trees is breathtaking. I did rafting in river Teesta and believe it is really maddening and just pure fu. Flowers like lilies, ladies, purse, pansies and hydrangea grow like wild flowers. and the orchids! I,ve never seen such beautiful colours before. Now back to crafting.

I loved the card pattrens sketch 65 as it is just simple and nice. no frills. so my card goes for this challenge. the flowers are made from Leone Em book. Another Challenge is Charisma Cardz #20 3D and Papertake Weekly--Say it With Flowers. I think this card can also go for creative Inspirations#34--punches and die cuts.

My New card

This card came as a stress buster. I was so fed up this whole week that this card made at late night came as a relaxing tool. It is inspired by Card patterns #63 and Totally Gorjuss#pink and green. The flowers are made by punch craft and the image is one of the free colouring images.Today I,ll be going to Darjeeling and Gangtok for 1 week. Thats one whole week without any crafting. hope to get some good craft materials there. Will come back on 21st , so bye till then.

the I like this colour combination and also after several days of unbearable heat, it was raining. So the theme was apt.

First Demo Of Punch Craft

Hi, I,m very excited today as I gave my first demo for these roses to 25 ladies and they all loved making the flowers. The 2 hour demo was full of fun and we all really enjoyed. I want to share this tutorial with all my blog friends and will be creating a new page called tutorials where I will be posting the details. So keep watching!

My quilled girl for Juhi's Challenge for quilling.I fell in love with this sweet thing and note the basket of flowers which is also quilled. Another challenge is for Card Patterns sketch 60

and really loved the sketch by Divya for her First Sketch Event. The flowers are made by punch craft and I coloured the stamp with water colour pencil. The alphabets are dry letter transfers.
